artist's statement

i am a us army combat veteran who now works an office job. i use photography as a form of therapy, because of this, the photos on this site are manifestations of my thoughts and feelings.

my choice of subjects stems from my fascination with the expressionlessness of people and objects in such an energetic and photogenic city and the vital role they play in adding another rich layer to the tapestry of life here in new york city.

i'm inspired to share my vision of new york city with you and i'm looking forward to hearing your feedback on my work.
